Alternatively, you can submit official documents like your birth certificate, passport, driver’s license, or proof of age card for age verification, and your Australian birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or passport with a valid visa for residency verification.
• Evidence of Disability and Functional Capacity:

What Happens After You Apply?
